Raffle
This will be an event for only Verdon Westbourne students. This selected group will have the opportunity to buy tickets for $2 each or earn a ticket by bringing a completely plastic free lunchbox. Tickets will become available on the 23rd of August and the date of when the raffle will be drawn is yet to be confirmed. This event will be discussed at the Verdon assembly on the 22nd of August! Altona beach clean up
We are hosting a public community event on the 9th of October 2022, specific details yet to be finalised. We aim to attract as many locals as we can and clear our beautiful beach from plastic and other polluting sources. Bringing your own cleaning supplies is welcomed however, we will be able to provide surprise helpers bags, gloves, and all the other necessities. This event is purely to benefit the Hobsons bay community while also teaching everyone the damage plastic wastage can cause. Got some recommendations or want to offer a helping hand?
